This seems to be a censored version of the European version and probably wasn't modified by Mark Jones himself as the changes were executed very poorly.
The main character was offset to the upper right without fixing the background properly and new elements such as the mountains, cape, etc. were drawn very primitively.
The Hewson Dragon logo was replaced with the simple logotype and game credits were added without even making sure that the name of the programmer fitted into the box.
I don't even want to know what that grey lump of something is, lying between the warriors' legs.
What leads me to believe that the image was censored is that the aggressive face of the warrior is obscured and the nude woman was modified to look less sexually.
